Our Process
1. Discovery and Assessment
We aim to gain a deep understanding of our client's business context, goals, and current technology portfolio. We conduct initial meetings with the client to identify their pain points and challenges. We then review their existing technology systems and assess their team and processes to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
2. Planning and Strategy
We define and prioritize key initiatives and projects that align with the client's goals and budget, along with recommendations on how to achieve them. At the end of this phase, we provide our clients with a project plan and a roadmap to outline delivery milestones.
3. Execution and Delivery
We work with our client to execute on the vision. Throughout the engagement we provide oversight and guidance to the project team, ensure adherence to budget and timeline, ensure quality, and deliver regular progress updates. We also provide ongoing support and maintenance to the client's technology portfolio.
